These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Strippy, a Discord bot designed to integrate Stripe account functionality. By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Bot immediately.

2. Bot Description and Purpose

Strippy is a Discord bot that enables users to connect their Stripe accounts and retrieve account-related information. The Bot serves as an auxiliary tool to enhance financial management and reporting capabilities within Discord servers.

3. User Onboarding and Requirements

To utilize Strippy, users must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid Stripe account
• Have administrative permissions in the Discord server
• Provide necessary permissions when adding the Bot to their server
• Authenticate their Stripe account using the /stripe-login command

4. User Responsibilities

By using Strippy, you expressly agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and current information when connecting your Stripe account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials
• Protect your Discord and Stripe account access
• Use the Bot in compliance with Stripe's Terms of Service
• Refrain from using the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent the Bot's security mechanisms

5. Data Handling and Privacy

You acknowledge and consent to the data collection and processing practices outlined in our Privacy Policy, which includes storing your Stripe Account ID, Secret Key, and Discord User ID.

6. Account Management

Users have the following account management options:

• Disconnect Stripe account at any time using the /login command
• Permanently delete stored data with a single command
• Revoke Bot permissions from Discord server settings

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Strippy, including source code, design, and functionality, remain the exclusive property of the Bot's developers. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Bot subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Strippy is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete accuracy of retrieved Stripe information
• Compatibility with all Discord or Stripe account configurations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or financial information
• Unauthorized access to your Stripe account
• Any disruptions in Bot functionality

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend periodically reviewing the most current version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Strippy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
